Returns Limited 30 day guarantee. Prints are custom made and not refundable. If your order arrives damaged due to shipping or manufacturer defects, prints will be replaced. Within 30 days of receipt customer must email photos of damaged or destroyed product (yes, item must be clearly useless!) and and complaint to: loristeincollection@yahoo.com Or customer may return print directly in original packaging and pay shipping costs to printer in Montreal, Canada.
Care Cleans easily using a soft cloth dampened with water. Avoid direct sunlight, excessive heat and moisture.
